Compiling a Wammu Win32 build

Comment: Under construction... I tried to make a Win32 build of Wammu, without success... :)

2005-06-26: trying compile gammu library with MS Visual Studio.Net, many errors
2005-06-23: trying compile gammu library with Codeblocks. 3 functions are MFC dependent
2005-06-21: cannot open Gammu.lib
2005-06-20: pthread.h cannot found
2005-06-16: syntax error in backup.c
2005-06-15: ioctl.h is missing
2004-12-13: unistd.h is missing
2004-12-06: Compiler switched from MinGW to MS VC++ Toolkit 2003, version mismatch
2004-04-07: library still not found
2004-04-06: gammu library not found
2004-04-05: mingw handling strings defines
2004-04-04: Gammu 0.94.0 was missing
2004-03-22: re-tried the same on a new install
2004-03-07: local variable error
2004-03-03: compiler missing error
2004-02-28: could not find pkgconfig
2004-02-17: could not find pkgconfig
